I agree that disobedience is something that causes a lot of problems on the mission or anywhere else but what gives us the right to be judge and jury to our equals--yes Ward(or anybody else Mayimbe or not) is just as good as you are. Joe, I'm sorry that I went off on this but it's not fair to condemn people for the rest of their lives for stupid things that they did when they were 19. Were you perfectly obedient for every minute of your mission? Did you ever come in a few minutes early ever? Did you always ask the AP's permission to come into the capital from the campo on P-Day? (that's a rule too!) I am greatful for missionaries like you that were so firm in keeping the mission rules but I just can't see how using someone else's disobedience supports your own feelings of righteousness.

You guys need to get off the mayimbe kick. The mayimbes just hung out together on p-day. I hope you guys can get past this and get on with your lives! I hung out with those guys and I don't even know where the name came from. We just liked to hang together during our free time.
