My mission was one of the best times of my life. After coming home from the mission, I went back to school. I attended Weber State University in Ogden, UT (Because BYU didn't want me) and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. My career path has taken me this way and that. I've been a game developer for the Nintendo64 system, Playstation 1, 2, & 3 systems, Sega Dreamcast system, Nintendo Gameboy and Gameboy Advanced systems, and the PC & MAC. When the online bubble burst in 2001, I found myself outside of the computer industry for a while. I ended up managing movie theatres in Utah,
Nevada, and Idaho before ending up back in Utah in the game development industry. I worked on a few titles for the Nintendo Wii. It was fun, but found that FUN doesn't provide for the family very well. Currently I am doing web application
development.
I have been happily married since 1997 and my wife and I have five beautiful daughters, ages 10, 8, 5, 3 and a new born. I am currently a Ward Clerk in our ward and my wife is a Nursery Teacher. My hobbies include writing computer software, biking and bowling.
If you served with me on the mission, feel free to write and touch base. Hope to see you all at the next reunion. |
