Comments:
I went to BYU for a year and taught at the MTC. I returned to Utah State University to complete my BS in Environmental Engineering. I met my wife (Rochelle Harris) at USU and we were married in December 1995. In 1997 I completed an MS in Environmental Engineering at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill.
Just after graduation I moved to Cedar Rapids Iowa and took a job that had nothing to do with my education (Project Manager for MCI). In 1998 we moved to Fort Worth Texas and have lived there ever since.
My wife Rochelle and I have four children: Ethan (10), Derick (10), Jane (8), and Grace (4).
Ethan had a stroke in utero and is mentally handicapped. In 2006 we adopted Derick who has Downs Syndrome. They are a tremendous blessing. Jane is the middle child responsible for both her older brothers and her younger sister. She is wonderful. Grace is a fireball of energy (likely a genetic trait from her mother). |
