I currently have a solo practice in Cedar City, Utah. I served as the Assistant District Attorney for Lincoln County, Nevada for 2 years before going out on my own in 2003. I also sit as an alternate judge in the North Las Vegas Municipal Court. I teach Primary with my wife and love it.
My wife, Tara, and I have six children; Zachary (14), Leah (12), Adam (10), Eli (6) Jonas (5) and Esther (<1). We live on a 5 acre farm in Cedar City. We are the proud owners of over 60 laying hens, turkeys, ducks, and geese. Come see our corn maze in October. I'm teaching Constitutional Case Law at George Wythe University.
