I have often seen the Hewards in the AZ temple as Pres. Heward is a sealer. I hope he stays healthy enough to be able to marry my oldest daughter.

I married almost 4 years to the day I entered the Mission Home-Jan 6, 1978. I've taught HS Biology locally in Mesa for the 12 years. I also teach an evening biology class at Mesa Community College. I have four children, 3 girls and 1 boy. My wife, Laurie, is the Testing Coordinator for Gilbert Public Schools just south of Mesa.

After graduating from ASU in 1980, I worked for 4 additional years with a publishing company that I'd started with in 1979. I began my "real" job as a teacher in 1984. In 1993-94, I was selected to be a Fulbright Exchange Teacher to Poland and we, the whole family, spent one year there. It was a fantastic experience. I completed a MAT in Biology in 1996 from Northern AZ University in Flagstaff.
