Hi FJM missionaries!
How time flies. I can't believe I've been home for nearly two years! I still think about the mission nearly every day. So many of you were such a big part of my mission - how awesome that we were able to share one of the most important times of our lives together!
I graduated from BYU in August, 2006, with a degree in Elementary Education. Right now I'm teaching 2nd grade. It is a lot of work, but worth it.
My husband, Chris Davies, proposed to me shortly after I arrived from my mission, much to the shock of many of those I knew from the field. I was pretty good about keeping that part of my life a secret on the mission, except to my companions! Don't worry - we've known each other since high school. He served his mission in Brazil, and our missions overlapped by 6 months. We wrote to each other the entire three years!
We are doing great. The Lord truly blesses his returned missionaries. I know He lives and loves each of us.
