Life is good in Oregon. My beautiful wife is still putting up with me. I have three great kids, trying for another one or five. Oldest daughter (Johnnie) was baptised last April (2007). Oldest son (Brigham) is 6 and in Kindergarten. Our baby isn't a baby anymore like he is in the picture, he will be three January 7th, 2007.
I work in a family business with my brother and dad. We own a manufacturing plant building truck equipment. We are now also importing equipment and other items from China and working on importing to/from Africa. My brother and I bought a 200 acre hay farm/cattle ranch. We raise registered Angus cattle and hay. We also bought a truck and have a small (1 truck) over the road trucking outfit. Other than that I am un-employed.
I was released after 4 years and 9 months as Elders Quorum President last April and I now serve as 1st counselor in the Young Mens program. I went from having 98 prospective elders to two Teachers, and I love it.
Life is truely great, I am proud to be an American. I am so greatful to have the gospel in my life. I do not know how people make it day to day without the good news of the gospel in their lives. The Lord lives, and I am eternally greatful I was sent to Florida to serve with you all. I may not have done much good for anyone else while there, but I gained a testimony of my Savior, so mine may be the only soul I was able to help.
