Monte (Elder Black from the mission) and I have been married now for almost 9 years! We have three beautiful children, Abby (8/2002), Ashton (12/2004) and Amelia (12/2006). After years of infertility we didn't know if we'd ever have children, so having a family of 5 is such a miracle to us!
Monte is VP of Quality for Deseret Healthcare in Bountiful, UT. It is a very challenging and time consuming job. He enjoys it and we are grateful that it supports our family. I work very part-time out of the home selling advertising for Utah Family Magazine. It is a fun job with lots of perks, the best being that it is so flexible and allows me to be a mom first.
I just got released from a 2 year calling in Young Womens. I'm sure I won't get to be calling free for too much longer. Monte plays the organ, plays for the choir and teaches Elder's Quarum.
