After three wonderful years in Belgium, where I consulted for McKinsey & Company, we have made the move to Germany. I work in Düsseldorf, for GROHE, the world's largest faucet and shower manufacturer. We've got four little ones, going to three different schools in three different languages (French, English, German)! Ma femme est occupée!

I've loved keeping my French sharp in Europe, especially visiting our beloved Paris every month or two. My German, though, is pathetically unsharp.

After graduating from BYU in 2000 (which included study abroad in Paris!), Mikala and I moved to the D.C. area, where I formulated U.S. trade policy for four years at the Department of Commerce. While there, I also studied international economics and European studies at Johns Hopkins-SAIS. We then moved to Philadelphia for two years while I pursued my MBA at The Wharton School. Great city, great school, great friends, great times...I graduated in 2006.

Let us know if you pass through Germany or want to meet up in France.
