From me: I work in capital markets at a publicly traded real estate company in San Diego (been at this company since 2005) and recently started a real estate private equity fund on the side with my brother and some partners focused on value-add multifamily properties. My wife, Laurie, and I have 4 kids ages 6 to 13. We live in the north county inland area of San Diego (Rancho Bernardo/Poway area).
