Comments:
Life has treated our family well. Our son, Karsten, lives in Logan where I attended Utah State in the late 1980's. Our daughter is studying Dental Hygiene UVU.

We have lived in Logan (UT) while attending school, moved to Denver (CO) to open the first Deseret Book near the Denver Temple, returned to Sugar House (UT) to open the Deseret Book there. We have since lived in West Jordan (UT), Draper (UT), and after taking a position at the BYU Store in Provo (UT) we moved to Springville (UT). We love living in a smaller town but everywhere seems to be growing so fast.

I worked for Deseret Book as a retail store manager for 20 years and 10 years in the product development area. When the opportunity came to look at a position at the BYU Store I took it. I enjoy the atmosphere on campus and love working with students and faculty.

As far as church callings I have served in Young Men's, Scouting, Exec Sec, Stake Athletics, Primary, Elders Quorum, Temple & Family History Leader, etc. I still enjoy weekly basketball with friends in Springville. It keeps me feeling young.

I have bumped into dozens of French speakers over the years and have retained enough language to converse on a basic level. Perhaps someday I'll make it back to visit.

Keep the faith! Read your scriptures, say your prayers, follow the prophets, and keep Christ at the center of your life. If anything is not there for you, start today, your faith will come back to you. What you focus on will grow so focus on believing rather than doubting.
