Retrieving a lost password:
If you go to your personal alumni profile and click "Edit profile", you will be asked to provide a username and password. There is a "Forgot Password" link there, and if you click on it, you can be sent your username and password. Please note, I have been making it a habit to include username and passwords in most mailings I send, so you won't forget.
Editing your profile:
I know that for some of you it seems easier to send me information and have me edit your profiles for you. Please understand that even though I'm willing to help you, with 2500 RMs, this is a tremendous strain on my time. I encourage you to make every attempt to learn how to edit your profile, before sending me requests to make changes on your profile. Most important thing to remember is to click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page when you're done.
