I appreciate the eternal friends from my mission and keep in touch with many of them, including Mike Clements, Dick Miles, and Kelly and Lyle Winterton. Our fourth son, Our oldest son, Jeff, served in Germany Düsseldorf and our third son, Brad, served in Germany Hamburg--allowing me to observe them have many of the same experiences I had. To keep things interesting, our second son, Kurt, served in the Philippines Manila Mission, While our fourth son, Chip served in Argentina Rosario. We also have a daughter, Christy, who is at BYU. I am currently serving as Stake Employment Specialist and a Dallas Temple ordinance worker and love being engaged in the Lord's work. During these recent years, as our sons have served in the mission field and as I worked with full-time elders in the Texas Dallas Mission, I have really come to appreciate the missionary effort of the Church. You can't pay enough for your kids to have missionary experiences. |
