Pres. Dahlquist arbeitet wieder in SLC als Rechtsanwalt in der Lawfirma Kirton & McConkie. Zusätzlich ist er als Honorar Konsul der Bundesrepublik Deutschland für Utah berufen worden.
Unter seiner Inspiration wurden 1994 erstmals Missionare (Jayson Nelson & Larry Fox) nach Nienburg/Weser gesandt, 1995 eine Gruppe gegründet, die 1999 ein Zweig mit rd. 40 eingetragenen und 25 aktiven Mitgliedern ist.
