I'd love to hear from any elders or sisters that I worked with, as I have very fond memories of my time in Germany!
In 2004 I had the opportunity to revist all of my mission areas with my two oldest children, both teenaged boys. I got to visit with David and Rebecca (Robards) Roemer and their family near Bern, Switzerland.
My oldest son, Travis, returned in July 2007 from his mission to the Illinois, Peoria. Just last month, in October 2007, my second son, Jeremy, left for the South Africa, Johannesburg mission.
July 2010--Jeremy is now back from his mission to South Africa, and our 3rd son, Merritt, left for his mission in September 2009 for the Brazil Manaus Mission.
I feel very blessed to have sons who have served missions, just as I did. I have one more son that will serve a mission in 2012, and I hope that he gets called to the Germany Munich Mission! :-) |
