Comments:
In October 2005, I moved to Berlin to be with my wife, to whom I was married in Salt Lake in January of that year. She is from Berlin, is a speech/language pathologist, and has a thriving practice there. We now have a one-year-old son named Silas...

We have seen the Burton's a few times over here, most recently at the Freiberg temple in October 2005--they were here with their son and his family touring their old missions. My wife's parents also know the Burtons well--they met when the Burtons were on a mission to Prague and my parents-in-law were working at the Freiberg temple. I actually proposed to my wife in Prague while visiting President and Sister Burton, and they also graciously attended our wedding.

In my life before I got married I consulted as a network engineer certified on Novell, Microsoft, and IBM networks. My forte was Novell systems and directories. I returned to school to pursue the dreams of my youth and made it to BYU before moving to Berlin.

I started a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization--Constitutional Principles Policy Council--in Utah (long distance). Technology allows me to work on the project from over here. We want nothing less than to reform the political process in the United States. If you'd like, visit our website at www.constitutionalprinciples.org.

I used to be way into anything to do with the mountains--camping, hiking, snowshoeing, some climbing/scrambling--especially with my dog Bodie (a boxer), but that all changed now that I live in the flatlands! I also have a stake calling that keeps me busy and I love the Lord more than ever!

Drop me a line if you get a chance... And if you ever need a place to stay in Berlin, let me know!
