I live in the mountains of Arizona in a small community. We have five children and thirteen grandchildren.
I have served in many callings over the years - twice on the High Council, for nearly six years as Bishop, twice as Scoutmaster, und so weiter. I have dedicated many years to the Boy Scouts of America. I have never found my mission Sprache to be of any value, except when watching WWII movies with my kinder, dining out at the Munich Haus restaurant, or visiting with the occasional foreign exchange student.
I have often wondered how many of my old companions and friends are still active in the church. From the looks of the available companions listed on the website, I would guess about 25%. Das ist eine große Schade!
My testimony continues to grow. The Atonement of the Savior continues to take on additional meaning in my life. I will always cherish the testimony I gained of Pres. Hinckley at a zone conference in Nürnberg in 1971.
