Blessed in MTC with two great companions: Elders Kerry Sherman & Stephen Buffat. Trained in Innsbrook by Elder Jensen(2 months), greenie busted by Taylor Smith(1 month). Transfered to Erlangen to be with Elder Michael Thaller(1 month) followed by Elder Nathan Smith(1 month), Elder Nathan Florence(2 months), Elder Ryan Simpson(1 month). Transfered to Nurenburg to be with Elder James Acord(2 weeks). Gianormous transfer stateside (home on Medical Leave). Finished in the Utah-Ogden Mission. 1st area in the Homeland: West Point, comp. Elder Jason Savoldi. I got to teach a lady from Luxemburg in german while on exchanges with my D.L. 2nd and FINAL area Syracuse, comps., Elders Claes Nilsson & Sean Haltom.
Currently in my 13th ward, 9th building, & 4th stake and have yet to move further than 3 houses from my childhood home.
Obviously the one constant in the Church is CHANGE, evident in my life by the # of mission comps. and home wards.
Side-note: met a missionary serving here (Ut-Og Mish.) about two years ago from Hannover Germany whose home ward Bishop was Markus Jensen. |
