I thought I would update this just a little bit. It's been three years since I got back from Guatemala, and finally a miracle occurred. I'm getting married on October 12 in the Idaho Falls temple. Her name is Melissa Walters, she's 23, a first grade school teacher in Driggs, and she's amazing. I met her in my singles branch in Driggs (those actually work sometimes) and we are going to live in Driggs after we get married. I am still a student at BYU-Idaho studying accounting. I'm going to do an internship for a firm in Jackson,Wyoming this winter called ThompsonPalmer and Associates. It should be a good experience for me there. After that I will have two more semesters left at BYUI and then I hope to go to Arizona State or somewhere in Utah to get my master's in Accounting. But life could change a lot in the next few years, it already has taken me down a different path than I thought, but I'm pumped to get married and not have to deal with single life anymore. Hope everything's going great for everyone else. |
