Graduated with a BA degree in Linguistics and Anthropology at BYU-Provo in 2001. Did my Anthropology fieldwork in Santa Catarina Ixtahuacan, Guatemala. Currently, I'm working on my Masters degree in Mass Communications looking at Rock-Maya music as a resource for indentity construction among K'iche' youth in Guatemala. I've been interpreting for the Church in K'iche', Q'eqchi' and Spanish since 2002. What a blessing it has been for me....!!!
