Another big change, just about 2 years ago: after getting fed up with family law and residential school claims, I left private practice, moved back to Alberta and joined the Crown Prosecutor's office. It's a lot of work, but also a lot of fun. Have I ever mentioned how incredibly STUPID criminals are?
No new additions to the family, but I shudder at the thought that my daughter is now old enough to attend stake dances and my oldest son will be receiving the Aaronic Priesthood this summer.
I spent some time as Sunday School president in our current ward, but was recently called as executive secretary. When I think about Haiti (which is a lot), I'm amazed how close it is to 20 years since I first entered the country. I need to go back and see what has changed. Cheers. |
