After completing a 6 year tour in Germany and a 1 year all expense paid vacation to Iraq the Army has sent us to Fort Leavenworth, KS. This is the same Fort Leavenworth that the Mormon Battalion was organized, fitted, and trained before starting off on the US Army’s longest foot march. I now have 22 years of serves in the Army and the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. The family is doing great with the oldest daughter in her second year at BYU and the other four girls finding new ways to keep their dad on his toes. |
