My family and I recently moved to Boise, Idaho. Prior to that, I was born and raised in Walla Walla, Washington. I was just released as First counselor in the Bishopric of the Walla Walla 1st Ward. I was in the bishopric for 3 years. My wife and I were married in Febuary 1984, in the Seattle Temple. We are the parents of two children - Emma is 13 and Chad is 9. I worked in Walla Walla for Louisiana Pacific (Sawmill) for 13 years until it closed down. I took advanage of a federal program and returned to college to become a Registered Nurse. I graduated in June (98) and took a job at Good Samaritan Hospital in Corvallis. I really love the work. My wife and I did have the privilege of returning to Hawaii for a vacation a few years ago and we were able to visit the areas I served in (and amazingly they looked about the same!!) We would love to take the kids to Hawaii and show them around, hopefully in the next year or so will be able to do it. I'd love to hear from you! |
