Okay, so my son was born 29 December - just in the nick of time for a tax deduction!!! He was 9lbs 1oz and such a serious little boy! I love staying home with him - it is so great being a mom!
My husband Marc just started a job here in Provo, so we'll be here for the next 5-10 years - not where we thought we would end up when he graduated from school, but this is where we're obviously supposed to be (since none of the jobs out of state worked out). It's alright, there is plenty of missionary work to do here - retention, retention, retention! Plus, I keep hearing horror stories of non-vigilant home and visiting teaching going on in family wards around here - so hopefully we can change that in whatever family ward we end up in. |
