I was browsing through Sunday's SL Tribune yesterday when I happened to see the obituary for Elder Bodily. He and his wife, Mary (who passed away in February 2004), served in Solo and Semarang in 1992. I took the morning off of work to go to the viewing. The family certainly appreciated listening to some of the experiences I had with the Bodily's in Solo when I served there with them. He hadn't changed much in appearance, just a bit more gray in his hair. According to one of his daughters, he was very active to the very end. He died from a blood clot in his brain, they operated on that, but he obviously didn't make it. He was in the hospital for about two weeks before he died. I am probably leaving some details out, so please forgive any error as I am trying to recite this from memory and I'm the worst when it comes to repeating medical details.
