Here's the scoop on me: Wife (Heather) is a fitness instructor/personal trainer 3 children; (8,5,2: girl, boy, girl) live in VA; 15 minutes from Virginia Beach finished BYU in '95; grad school in St. Louis in '97 work for Sentara Healthcare (company similar to IHC in Utah) involved in bodybuilding, triathlons and competitive cycling current calling is Ward Clerk we get out West to see family about once/year Let us know if you ever come to VA.
