My husband and I have been living in College Station, Texas for 16 years. We enjoy it here except that we're so far from our families. We have three children: Michela (17), Ben (15) and Josh (10). You guessed it...Michela was named after my first companion, Michela Zuin Botta.
In 2005 I was called to be the Stake RS 2nd counselor over HFPE. I'm enjoying that calling & getting to know the sisters throughout my stake.
Kris and I went on an 11 day vacation to Italy in September of 2004 and had an amazing time. We stayed with Michela and her family in Bergamo. We saw Pres. & S.lla Conforte at the Swiss Temple and we had a fabulous time with Daniela Fasano and her family in Foggia. We travelled around the northern cities, too. We also spent time with Maria Teresa Leaso and Emanuela Controzorzi.
I had almost forgotten how delicious real authentic mozarella di bufalo can be...Oh, and the pizza & all the rest. |
