Yo. Great to be back connected with many of you guys. After my mission, I went into Electrical Engineering and did a project for a friend in our Ward who had a spinal cord injury. It ended up winning some awards and I decided to turn it into a company, which is what I'm still doing (www.madentec.com).
I married my pre-mission sweetheart, Joanne, about a year after returning. We now have 5 kids, ages 4 to 18 (3 boys, two girls). They're all great. If you've seen Testaments, you've seen our oldest daughter, Arianna, who played the little girl with the monkey in the film.
We decided to set up an office in the USA, so moved to Kaysville, Utah for a few years (2001-2003). It was great hooking up with some old dendo buddies like Pat Hill and Matt Cole down there. We're now back in Edmonton where I'm currently teaching early-morning Seminary (yawn). Looking forward to reconnecting with many long-lost friends. |
