Wow this website is a great way to keep tabs on all the old friends from Sapporo. After the mission I went back to BYU and graduated in Intl. Relations with a Japanese minor. I then moved to Silicon Valley and worked for a couple years before heading to London to work for a bit. I came back to get an MBA at BYU and then headed to Chicago where I met my wife Danielle. We have since moved to Dallas and we have 1 daughter and another on the way. I work with a firm called AlixPartners doing restructuring and turnaround work and my focus is finance. I was Ward Mission Leader in my ward until about three months ago and loved being around the missionaries again. We even have a great Japanese family in our ward (what a blessing they are - wish all our members were as nesshin as they are). I have been back to Japan several times for business but not for extended stays and I do miss it.
