Rulon D. Munns, 35, is first counselor in the Florida Tampa Mission presidency.
He has also been a high councilor, senior seventies president, bishop and Young Men president. From 1969-1971, he served in the Japan Mission. A graduate of BYU's J. Reuben Clark Law School, he is a partner in a law firm. He was born in Salt Lake City, a son of Farrell A. and M. Burnice Douberley Munns. On April 1, 1972, he married Jacquelin K. Hodges in the Provo Temple. They are parents of five children, all of whom will accompany them. The family lives in the Sanford 1st Ward, Deland Florida Stake. Sister Munns was born in Portland, Ore., a daughter of Earl K. and Ann Rebar Hodges. She is stake Relief Society president and has served as a Primary president, counselor in a Relief Society presidency and Primary pianist and teacher.
