Larkins, 48, Summerhaze Ward, Layton Utah Holmes Creek Stake; counselor in stake presidency; former high councilor, stake mission president, bishop, and elders quorum president; partner in Quantum Learning; received bachelor's degree in political science from Weber State University, master's degree in management from BYU, and attended the University of Utah; born in Salt Lake City to Clifton James and Virginia Kay Kartchner Larkins; married Deborah McIntire, two children. She is a counselor in ward Relief Society presidency; former Church Service missionary in the Beehive House, counselor in ward Young Women and Primary presidencies, Primary achievement day leader, Mia Maid adviser, and Young Women secretary; received bachelor's degree in journalism and human development from Weber State University; born in Ogden, Utah, to Duane Merle and Lois Virginia Smith McIntire.
