| When I was in Obihiro in 1990, we had a baptism and for those of you who remember, the heater for the water was like a swimming pool heater that would just keep recycling the water in the font through the pipes, going through a flame. Somehow, we forgot to turn the heater off and drain the font. Went we came to the church the next day, we couldn't figure out why it was so humid in the church. We looked in the font and were shocked to see the water in the font actually boiling. Boy were we shocked! (Hironobu Sato and I) |
