Comments:
The picture is of me and 2 of my brothers. It was taken last summer while on vacation.... in a moment of goofiness. As you can tell by my current occupation I prefer to be behind the camera instead of in front of it..... so with so few pictures of me circulating out there this unfortunately is what you get.

I am out here in central California making a home out of my dad's hometown. Honestly, Stockton wouldn't have been my first choice ever, but I have recently learned this is exactly where I am supposed to be. That said, I am trying all I can to accept this truth, and accomplish everything that Father wants me to.

The last few years have been pretty hard. Seems like as with the mission, life is all at the same time everything I wanted it to be and everything I most dread coming into existance before my very eyes. It's a glorious thing and humbling. Fortunately for me I feel as though I can say through it all I have seen much more good than bad, and even the bad has served it's purposes in helping me to appreciate my other blessings.

I have been able to keep in touch with a few of you over the years, and had the distinct pleasure of a few chance run ins with some of the rest of you, but i always love hearing about how your lives are progressing. Please feel free to drop a line or drop in anytime. My house and arms are always open to you!

*** News flash***
On November 16th Arlie Capps (yes, Capps choro!) asked me if I would consent to being his "eien no douryou" to which I (of course) agreed!! Though Arlie requested this transfer on his own, I do believe that it was through the Spirit, and that somehow Komatsu dendobucho and shimai would approve. The "transfer date" is set for Late March/early April and all who desire are invited to attend. Please just send me an email with your address and contact information so we can get an announcement out to you. All my love to all of you and hope that this news finds you well! :)
