In a quest to go back to Japan I have found myself in Taiwan (also a wonderful place). My wife, Theresa, and I brought our four children here and we have had a good time for a few years. We participate in a small English branch here. The branch president and his wife have reminded us how much this is a church of service. They are both converts and we find ourselves always learning about selflessness from them.
Somewhere in between serving in Japan and finding myself, with my family, in Taiwan, I attended Ricks, married within 9 months of returning from Tokyo North, attended ISU (Pocatello), we had our first child Jeran, attended Grad. school, we had our second child Emily, attended more Grad. school, had our third child Rowan (girl), finished attending school forever!, had our fourth child Ammon and immediately moved to Taiwan.
Anyway, it is wonderful to see the names and read the comments and testimonies of so many people from the mission field. |
