Got married 2 days after graduating from BYU in economics in 1997. Moved to New York City and worked for four years on Wall Street at JP Morgan. My new wife from tiny Rexburg had major culture shork. Banking was like being on a mission again (minus the spirit) and I worked all the time and never saw my wife. I would often get home at 7 AM, take a shower, and turn around and go back to work. Needless to say I quit eventually and spent two years going to Harvard Business School. Since finishing I have been working as a buy side analyst for Oppenheimer Capital in midtown Manhattan. We have 2.5 kids and live in a slightly boring New Jersey suburb. My wife from tiny Rexburg now loves New York City and wants to move back into Manhattan. I miss Japan and the TN Missionionaries.
