I am divorced and a member in a small branch in Hazard, Kentucky. I am the mother of two children. Jimmy is 26, married and lives in Michigan. Sarah is 20 and resides here with me. I became a medical technologist but no longer work due to a disability. I am a friend of the Prophet Elijah and most happy within the temple. The adversary is hard on me right now, kicking me left and right. I have power over him but could use the prayers of whomever reads this. My son married out of the church and his wife hates me. Hate is a strong word but befitting this statement. My daughter is thinking of marring a man who has a 2 month old son by another woman. I just received a calling. I love the missionaries in the church. How important they are. Essential to the growth and always loved and never forgotten. I have a special love and admiration for Reed Benson. he was the mission President here when I joined in Lexington. Now there is a temple in that Kentucky town in which he lived. |
