I actually live in the Ohio Cincinnati Mission, but my Army Reserve Unit does training at Blue Grass Army Depot several times during the year--including Annual Training which is 2-3 weeks. I got to go off post last year (2007) to the local Ward, but my chain of command is not real supportive of this. The local missionaries by the Depot can come by, although last year I had to walk off post to meet them. It's cool getting to meet missionaries from another mission--getting to see what's the same, what's different. The District Leader in my home area gave me a heads up on the K-L mission, but there a saying about going to the source for info.... |
