Comments:
We have five daughters and a young son. Our children are a lot of fun and range in age from 19 (Snow College student) to 4. We live in lovely Mount Shasta in far northern California and worship in the Mt. Shasta Ward of the Redding California Stake--in the Medford, OR Temple district.
Heidi and I met at Snow College. We then attended the University of Utah. She graduated from the College of Pharmacy and I from the College of Law.
I have been a prosecutor in California since that time. From 1996 to 2005 I worked in Contra Costa County and we lived in Benicia, CA (in the Bay Area). In 2005 we moved to Siskiyou County to take over the DA position. My most recent election was blessedly uncontested.
We have had many interesting and enjoyable opportunities to serve in the Church and in the community. One is that I have been the head boys varsity basektball coach at Mount Shasta High School since 2008. We enjoy the remarkable beauty of this region, our children are doing well, and we love and appreciate the gospel of Jesus Christ.
