i served in Rita in 1987. lived in the house at the end of the island with the catchment basin in between the two houses that we used for water along with the rest of the village. The elders house was across the road. Went to bed every night listening to the waves crash on the shore(great) and the rats crawling in the walls(creepy-lol). |
