Comments:
I have six children. My mission to Mexico City has been a major blessing in my life. It has influenced my activity in the church, my appreciation for and continued activity with hispanics in my area, and my career. I really struggled in the LTM with Spanish. Yet the Lord blessed me with a successful experience in Mexico City teaching the gospel. I later enjoyed teaching in the MTC so much that I made teaching Spanish my career. I was a high school Spanish teacher for five years, then went into administration, and now serve a predominately hispanic population high school as the principal. I feel like my mission to the Mexicans still continues! I loved and learned from all my companions in Mexico. Gracias to each of you for your examples of gospel living. |
