I am thankful to have served in Minnesota, and have many fond memories. My mission was pivotal in my life, and I can trace all good thing that I currently have back to this point.
Memories:
- Riding bike in -44 degree temp.
- Bitter cold, hands hurting while tracting, nostrils freezing closed.
- The saying "You an't seen nothing yet" pertaining to cold weather.
- Learning to over come my fears.
- Tornados.
- The first day of my mission; sleeping in the cold Stake center, Sister Bennitts French toast the following morning, and long bus ride.
- Last Day of my mission; leaving the land and people I loved. |
