I served in the Missouri St. Louis Mission from July '78 till the middle of December '78 when due to a medical condition I was transfered to the California San Diego Mission where I served the remainder of my mission. I had the privilege of having for my second Mission President, Elder Hartman Rector Jr. and a third Mission President, Roy Middleton. I served in Campo, California for "eleven" months and finished as a "desert" Missionary in Yuma, Arizona.
I have fond memories of serving with Elder Scott Marshall in Florissant, Missouri. I have thought of the many wonderful experiences I may have missed in St. Louis if I hadn't had been transfered. The many experiences in the heat of southern California and ever hotter Arizona were great and fruitfull.
I've never married and I have no children.
I spoke to Elder Scott Marshall on the phone just this morning and he said I should post my history. A big hello to President & Sister Olsen and the many wonderful missionaries I met in
St. Louis. |
