I currently am working in Transaction Services (Mergers and Acquisitions group) with KPMG in Chicago, and Terri has the much more challenging job staying home with the children.
We moved to Chicago in December, as I switched from Audit work to transaction diligence work. We are living in the city of Chicago close to Wrigley field. It is quite a change from our previous suburban lifestyle, and sometimes interesting and challenging to have a family of 6 in the city, but we are enjoying the experiences we are getting.
We now have 4 children: Haley (6 1/2), Tyler (5), and Ashlin (3) and Ali (1). Haley is now in 1st grade, which contributes to me feeling older all of the time.
We love our city ward, I think it is one the most diversified wards you could ever be in (including ~ 10 different nationalities, and ~ 50 different lanquages spoken, also including millionairs living in high rises in down town Chicago to people in the most humblest of circumstances). There are plenty of challenges presented, but we are also able to enjoy some of the most purest forms of a testimony. |
