| Lame Deer, Mt., on one fateful Sunday a young couple happened to attend Church services. My companion (Elder C. Hart) and I thought nothing of it as visitors were frequent on the reservation. After church and while making the usual contacts with all the members I told Elder Hart to find out who the visiting couple was. To our surprise the Husband was a visiting intern to the BIA medical center in Lame Deer, and they were not members but were curious to know what the Church was all about. To make a long story short, with only one more month on his assignment we were able to teach the discussions, fellowship, and baptize them prior to them returning to Pennsylvania. They eventually settled in New Hampshire, and he eventually served as a High Councilor and on the State Presidency. Had we ignored the promptings of the Spirit that day we would have certainly lost out on this experience with Brother & Sister Glenn Schroyer. |
