David Gentry Thompson, 27, passed away in his sleep on October 20th, 2005 at his home in Logan. He was born January 1st, 1978 in American Fork to David George and Madelei Williams Thompson. He married Brionne Gayle Burt on December 30, 2003 in the Mt. Timpanogos Temple. Gentry was extremely dedicated to his educational pursuits. In May of 2001 he graduated from the College of Eastern Utah; and in May 2005, a Bachelors of Arts from Brigham Young University, a theater studies major. In the fall of 2005 he began working towards his Masters of Arts at Utah State University. He had a great love for the arts and was pursuing a career in theater. At the time of his passing, he was rehearsing to perform in Shakespeare’s Macbeth. He was a devoted member of the LDS church and had served as a missionary for two years in the Nebraska-Omaha Mission. |
