Jamie and I are expecting our first little daughter on Feb. 13 2008. It's amazing to think that a little baby is growing in her stomach. I used to roll my eyes when people made comments like that, but until you've experienced it I guess you'll keep thinkng how korny it sounds. We've decided to name our daughter Lydia Jo. Lydia is Greek for beautiful, and I just know that she will be beautiful.
I was just recently accepted into the Social Work Program at BYU-Idaho, and will be starting classes on Jan. 7, 2008. life is becomming scarry but exciting; scarry because I am taking on grown up responsibilities, and exciting because I am realizing that in the pre-existence I shouted for joy at wanting to have experiences like marriage, parenting and poviding for a family.
I want to let everybody know that life may seem and infact may be difficult, but if anybody do what is right (or what we've been asked to do, ex. church callings) the Lord gives blessings more than anyone could know. May the Lord bless you. |
