After my mission I traveled a bunch working on the Presidential primary starting in New Orleans and ending in Philidelphia for the Presidential Convention. I next came back to Alaska and lived in Anchorage to run G.W. Bush's under 25 campaign in Alaska. After that I moved to Juneau(our capitol) and started working in the Alaska State House. Here in Juneau I met my husband and we married in the Anchorage Alaska Temple. We now have a beautiful daughter Kaylani Aleesha Tupou who is 8 months today. She is already walking 10 steps before she falls and can say mama, dada, and baba. I stay home with her June to January and run the representative from my House District's campaign. During the legislative session, January to May, I work for the Co-Chair of Senate Finance doing her personal legislation. I was pleased to run 13 bills last session and pass the most of any staff, 12 out of 13! I also spend my time coaching the high school girls soccer team and being a councelor in the Young Womens Presidency. |
