Following my mission, I went to Ricks and got married to Kimber. I decided to change majors and schools and went to Culinary School at Cordon Bleu in Austin. I worked my way up in kitchens, landing jobs at some of the finest restaurants in Texas and through out the United States. I was the executive sous chef for the University of Texas and the Executive Chef at King Salmon Lodge in Alaska. I came back to Texas and opened my own restaurant, La Collina Pizzeria and Ristorante, where we specialize in gourmet pizzas and pastas. Kimber and I have two daughters, Maddie who is four and Ella who is just over a month old. We would love to hear from any of you. |
