Comments: I'm still living in Springville, UT. I had been gearing up to buy an auto shop but circumstances have set me in another direction. I got a great job opportunity I couldn't turn down being a fleet and warehouse manager for PPM heating and plumbing. At the same time I'm going to invest my auto shop capital in real estate. I am going to be helping people that can't get financed due to bad credit get in to houses. Lease to own contracts are FAR better then buying a house to rent out. Elder Viera and I are gonna be companions once again in this venture now that he has his real estate license!
