Hello, I just found this site while seeking some info on the Charlotte Mission- I have scanned through the list of alumni and recalled some of you with great fondness. I would love to hear from Sisters Goates and Thomas- also Bro Ybarguen.... I currently am serving in the Gastonia ward as a Y/W advisor. I moved from Charlotte to Gaston Co. in 1999- I am still single/widowed- My kids, Jenny,25 is the single adult Relief Soc. pres. she graduated in 2004 from UNC-CH,BA Criminal Jst.-works as a court advocate in domestic violence. Ryan, 27 is to be sealed on March 17-07 to the love of his life Jessica, she is a return missionary, seved in NY -Ryan is currently serving in the Y/M Pres. in the Gastonia ward
Jeremy ,32 will be married to a non-member,Debra(she is investigating the church) on April 28,07. Debra has a very sweet spirit - I am grateful for the chance to see her grow spiritually as she earnestly and eagerly seeks to know the truth.. |
